Megan Hoover joins Spatial Technologies as our new Vice President of Strategic Development, bringing over 10 years of business development experience in the Federal and Public Utility markets. Megan has managed capture and proposal activities for Systems Engineering & Integration, Cybersecurity, and Software Development RFP responses for the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, the Department of Education, state and local municipalities, and Fortune 500 companies—directly contributing to winning over $750M in new revenue. She specializes in helping small businesses transition to the mid-tier market, and will be responsible for expanding Spatial Technology’s service offerings, aligning its business strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and forming productive industry partnerships.
Prior to joining Spatial, Megan held Proposal and Capture roles at Vector Planning and Services, Inc. (SB DoD IT), Redhorse Corporation (SB DoD IT and Enviro), and Montgomery Watson Harza (LB Enviro).
Megan earned a Bachelor’s in English with a minor in Environmental Science from the University of Florida, and a Master’s in Composition and Rhetoric from Florida Atlantic University.
